and confirmed, and by these presents, doth bargain, sell, alien convey and 
confirm, unto the said John Drysdale, all the right, title, interest, and claim 
of him the said Peter unto one undivided portion containing five hundred 
acres of Land, lying in the County of Alachua, and commonly known by
the name of the Arredondo Grant, the center whereof is Micanopy and 
containing Two hundred and eighty nine thousand acres or there abouts 
together, with all and singular the buildings, improvements, issues profits 
rights tenements and appurtenances, of what kind soever, of the said un
divided five hundred acres of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining 
to have and to hold the said undivided five hundred acres of land together 
with all the appurtenances thereof unto him the said John Drysdale his heirs 
and assigns forever.  In Witness whereof the said Peter Mitchel doth 
hereunto set his hand & seal at St. Augustine aforesaid, the day & year 
first above written.

the 24th day of December AD 1830, M.E. Levy, a subscribing witness to the 
foregoing instrument of writing, came before me the subscriber Clerk of the 
County court for the County of Alachua, and affirmed that Peter Mitchel 
in his presence, executed the same, as and for his Act and deed for the purposes 
therein expressed, and Antoino Alvarez and E.B. Gould signed their names 
as witnesses thereto - Whereupon I have duly recorded the same in Book A 
beginning at page 242
		Given under my had this 29th day of December 1830.
