I Certify that I have surveyed the above tract of 
Land containing four thousand acres in December 1825
				J.A. Coffee
		 		    Surveyor A.C.
This tract of Land is owned jointly by Pedro 
Miranda and my self   Mr Miranda is bound 
for one half of the cost of the expense of surveying
	St. Augustine 5th July 1828

St. Augustine 7th July 1828 Received from 
Waters Smith one of the attornies of Pedro 
Miranda Twelve Dollars & fifty cents which ad
ded to the ten Dollars previously received from M'r 
Cha's Robiou is in full for Pedro Mirandas half 
of the survey of the above tract of Land

This Indenture made the first day of March in the 
year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty one between 
Joseph Elzaurdi of Tallahassee Florida, and Theodore Flotard of the 
same place of the second part Witnesseth, that the said party of the 
first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Two thousand Dollars 
lawful money of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by 
the said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of 
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, 
bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed, and confirmed, and by 
these presents, do grant, bargain, sell alien, remise, release, convey & confirm 
unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever 
All that tract or parcel of Land, situated on the Ocklawaha in Alachua 
County, containing two thousand acres Granted by Governor White
being the Western half of a tract of land of four thousand acres, which is
