the City aforesaid, do hereby certify that Richard S. Hackley
party to the within conveyance, has duly acknowled
ged the same before us on this seventh day of January
1822 and desired us to certify the same to whom
soever it may concern, and for record wherever it may

certify that Harriet Hackley the wife of Richard
S. Hackley parties to a certain deed for the
conveyance of real estate to Thomas Eston
Randolph bearing date the twenty fourth
day of November 1821 and hereto annexed
personally appeared before us in our City afore
said and being examined by us privately and
apart from her husband and having the deed
aforesaid fully explained to her acknowledged
the same to be her act and deed and declared
that she had willingly signed sealed and deliv
ered the same and that she wished not to retract
it - Given under my own hand and seal this
the seventh day of January 1822
