aforesaid, do hereby certify, that on the 10th day of September 1831, before me personally 
came Margaret E. McTier, well known to me to be the same person, who acknowledged 
that she had signed, sealed, and executed the within Deed or instrument of Writing 
for the uses and purposes therein Mentioned.

Alachua County	      Know all men by these presents, that for and 
in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars, to me in hand paid by Francis 
Sanchez the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Do bargain and sell 
and by these presents deliver to the said Francis Sanchez and her heirs for
ever, all my right and interest in and to a certain quarter section of Land 
being in the twenty fifth section - Eighth Township and Eighteenth Range 
South and east, and by these presents do Warrant and defend against the 
claim or claims of any person or persons whatsoever.-
			In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and seal this 21th day of September in the year of Our Lord One thousand 
eight hundred & thirty One
