   This Indenture made this day of 
September in the year of Our Lord one thousand 
eight hundred and twenty six - Between Waters 
Smith United States Marshall for East 
Florida of the first part and James F. 
Symington of the City of Baltimore State of 
Maryland, Merchant of the second part.  
Whereas by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias 
Issued out of the Superior Court for East Florida 
and to the said Martial directed and 
delivered, he was commanded that of the 
goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements of 
Pablo F. Fontana he caused to be made the 
sum of five hundred and fifty three 
dollars which sum lately in our Superior Court 
for the district of East Florida Stephen Vensant 
hath recovered against him for damages 
and also the sum of Four dollars adjudged 
to the said Stephen Vensant for his Cost by 
about his suit in that Behalf expended - 
Where of the said Fontana is convicted as 
appears of the Record and that the said 
Martiall have the same before the Judge 
of the said Court at the City of St. 
Augustine on the tenth day of October in 
the year of Our Lord one thousand eight 
hundred and twenty four to render to the 
said Stephen Vinsant his damages and the 
Cost aforesaid - And whereas by vir
tue of one other Writ of Fieri Facias issued 
out of the Superior Court for East Florida 
and to the said Martial directed and 
delivered he was commanded that of the 
goods and Chattles lands and Tenements
