acres to them the said parties of the second part, and to their heirs forever 
and the said undivided share or portion of the said Alachua tract of 
land to consist of fifteen thousand acres of land as above described 
and to be divided and apportioned as aforesaid, the said F.M. Arredondo 
doth hereby and by these presents Warrant and Defend to the said parties 
of the second part, to them their heirs and assigns forever, against him 
the said Arredondo, and against all persons claiming under him the 
Arredondo alone, but not against any other person or persons whatso
ever nor against the Government of the United States.
		In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have 
hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Affixed their seals the 
day and date first above written --

Alachua County		On the 19th day of December 1831 
Personally came before me John C. Richard Clerk of the County 
Court Aforesaid, Samuel Blair who being duly sworn deposeth 
and saith, that he saw F.M. Arredondo, Sign, Seal and deliver 
the within Instrument of Writing, as and for his own act and deed 
for the purposes therein mentioned, and that he subscribed his name
