forever..  And I the said Isaac B. Blanton 
do hereby Covenant with the said Woodbridge 
S. Olmsted, his heirs and assigns, that in 
the said sale, I have complied with the 
directions of the Law for making sale of land

paid by Thomas C. Ellis of Alachua County, the 
receipt whereof, I do hereby acknowledge, do by these

unto the said Thomas C. Ellis, his heirs and 
assigns, a certain parcel of land situate about
