immunities, wood, wood, water Courses, and appurtenances 
to the said several tracts or parcels of Land in any 
wise appertaining and belonging..
				    To have and to hold 
the said several tracts or parcels of Land sold under 
the process of the said Court as aforesaid as the property 
of the said George I.F. Clarke to satisfy the debt. judg
ment and Execution of the said Archibald Clarke 
as aforesaid and hereintofore described and conveyed 
or intended to be to him the said Duncan L. 
Clinch, his heirs and assigns to the only proper 
use and behoof forever
				In Witness whereof 
I, Samuel Blair Marshall of the Eastern District 
of Florida, have hereunto set my hand 
and affixed my seal the 16th day of December 
1832

AD 1835 David Levy one of the subscribing 
witnesses to the within instrument of writing 
came before me, the subscriber Clerk of the 
County and Territory aforesaid, and made 
oath that Samuel Blair Marshall of 
the Eastern District of Florida in his presence 
and in the presence of Charles Downing 
signed and sealed the said instrument 
of writing as and for his act and Deed 
for the purposes therein specified; whereupon
