  This Indenture made the ninth 
day of February in the year of Our Lord One 
thousand eight hundred and twenty six, between 
Dona Catalina de Jesus de los Hijuelos of the 
City of Havannah in the Island of Cuba of 
the first part, and Moses E. Levy of the County 
of Alachua in the Territory of Florida of the 
second part Witnesseth that the said party 
of the first part for and in consideration of 
the sum of One thousand five hundred Dollars 
to her by the said party of the second part in 
hand well and truly paid at or before the 
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said 
party of the second part, his heirs, Executors
