loka Creek in the Alachua Country, formerly
in County of St. Johns and now in the County of
Alachua in the Territory of Florida, which
said land was granted to the said party of
the first part by the Spanish Government
by Royal title or absolute Grant, bearing
date on or about the seventh day of December
one thousand eight hundred and seventeen
Together with all and singular the heredita
ments, rights, members and appurtenances what
soever to the said Land belonging or in any
wise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
issues and profits thereof and of every kind
part and parcel thereof, and all the Estate
right, title, interest, claim and demand of
every kind whatsoever, both at Law and in
Equity of the said party of the first part, of
in, to and upon the said land and premises
and every part thereof. To have & to hold
the said two thousand acres of Land and all
and singular other the premises abovemen
tioned and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns for
ever, and to and for the only proper use
benifit and behoof of the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever
And the said Catalina de Jesus de los Hijuelos
for herself, her heirs & Executors doth hereby
covenant promise and agree to and with the
said Moses E. Levy, his heirs Executors,
Administrators and assigns that for and not
withstanding any act, matter or thing by
her the said Catalina de Jesus de los Hijeulos,
made done committed or wittingly or
willingly permitted or suffered to the contrary |
