said Moses E. Levy was conveyed to the said Joseph de la Maza 
Arredondo by indenture bearing date the tenths day of 
February One thousand eight hundred and twenty five , the 
said Moses E. Levy being the highest bidder, he having 
bid two hundred and fifty dollars for the undivided 
moiety or half part of the aforesaid tract or parcel of land 
And also the undivided moiety or half part of ten 
thousand four hundred acres of land.  Which said 
ten thousand four hundred acres of land are a part and parcel 
of a certain tract consisting originally of fifteen 
thousand acres situated and being on the St. Johns River 
about twelve miles south of Lake George in East Florida 
which said tract of land was originally granted to one 
Don Antonio Huertas in absolute property by a concession 
or grant bearing date on or about the fifteenth day of September 
One thousand eight hundred and seventeen by Don Jose 
Copinger then the Governor of East Florida.  Which said 
ten thousand four hundred acres were on or about 
the fourth day of December One thousand eight hundred 
and twenty one, sold and transferred by the said Antoino 
Huertas to Juan De Entralgo and were by the said Juan 
de Entralgo sold and conveyed to the said Moses E. Levy 
on or about the sixth day of August One thousand eight hundred 
and twenty four, and was by the said Moses E. Levy 
conveyed to the said Joseph de la Maza Arredondo 
by indenture bearing date the twenty seventh day of 
November One thousand eight hundred and twenty four 
The said Moses E. Levy being the highest bidder 
he having bid one hundred and twenty five dollars 
for the undivided moiety or half part of the aforesaid 
tract or parcel of land ----- And also the undivided 
moiety or half part of that certain other 
tract or parcel of land containing Four thousand 
acres situated lying & being on Black Creek 
East Florida aforesaid which was originally 
granted to one Fernando de la Maza Arredondo 
Junior by Concession or grant bearing 
date on or about the twentieth day of March
