One thousand eight hundred and seventeen made by the 
aforesaid Don Jose Copinger then the Governor 
of East Florida and which was afterwards 
confirmed to the said Fernando de la Maza 
Arredondo Junior by Royal title or grant in absolute 
property bearing date on or about the ninth day 
of August One thousand eight hundred & twenty 
also made by the said Don Jose Coppinger who was 
then also the Governor of East Florida.  Which said 
tract or parcel of land was conveyed by the said 
Fernando de la Maza Arredondo Junior to the 
aforesaid Juan De Entralgo and by the said Juan 
de Entralgo to the said Moses E. Levy, And was by 
the said Moses E. Levy conveyed to the said Joseph 
de la Maza Arredondo, by indenture bearing date 
the twenty seventh day of November One thousand 
eight hundred and twenty four the said Moses E. 
Levy being the highest bidder at the sale aforesaid 
became the purchaser he having bid one hundred 
dollars for the undivided moiety or half part of the 
aforesaid tract or parcel of land and also the 
undivided moiety or half part of that certain other 
tract piece or parcel of land consisting of twenty 
thousand acres which said twenty thousand acres are 
part and parcel of a tract of twenty two thousand 
acres situated lying and being in the Alachua 
County in East Florida Aforesaid at a place 
called Cascawilla and Chahala which said 
tract of land was originally granted to one George I.
F. Clarke by a concession and grant in absolute 
property each bearing date on or about the seventeenth 
day of December One thousand eight hundred and 
seventeen made by the made by the aforesaid Do Jose Coppinger 
then Governor of East Florida which said 
twenty thousand acres of land were on or about the 
seventeenth day of February One thousand eight 
hundred and twenty, sold and transferred by the 
aforesaid Geo. I.F. Clarke to the aforesaid Juan
