de Entralgo, and by the said Juan de Entralgo to 
the said Moses E. Levy And the said undivided moiety 
or half part of the said twenty thousand acres of land 
was conveyed by the said Moses E. Levy to the said Joseph 
de la Mara Arredondo by indenture bearing date the 
twenty seventh day of November One thousand eight hundred 
and twenty four, the said Moses E. Levy being the highest 
bidder at the sale aforesaid became the purchaser he 
having bid One thousand six hundred Dollars for the 
undivided moiety or half part of the aforesaid tract 
or parcel of land, and also the undivided moiety or 
half part of that certain other tract piece or parcel 
of land containing On e thousand acres situated and 
being at a place called Water Pen in East Florida 
aforesaid which said tract of land was originally 
granted to the aforesaid Juan de Entralgo in absolute 
property by Royal title or absolute grant bearing 
date on or about the fifteenth day of November 
One thousand eight hundred and seventeen by the afore
said Don Jose Coppinger who was then the Governor 
of East Florida and which said last mentioned 
tract or parcel of land was sold and conveyed by 
the said Juan de Entralgo to the said Moses E. Levy 
and was conveyed by the said Moses E. Levy to the 
said Joseph de la Maza Arredondo by Indenture 
bearing date the Twenty seventh day of November 
One thousand eight hundred and twenty four, the 
said Moses E. Levy being the highest bidder at 
the sale aforesaid became the purchaser, he having 
bid One hundred and fifty dollars for the undivided 
moiety or half part of the aforesaid tract or parcel of 
land, and also the undivided moiety or half 
part of that certain other tract piece or parcel 
of land consisting of two thousand acres 
situated lying and being at a place called 
Cedar Swamp in East Florida aforesaid which 
said last mentioned tract of land also was originally 
granted to the Juan de Entralgo in absolute property
