by royal or absolute grant bearing date on or 
about the fifteenth day of November One thousand 
eight hundred and seventeen, Made by the aforesaid 
Don Jose Coppinger who was then the Governor of East 
Florida which said last mentioned tract of land was 
conveyed by the Juan de Entralgo to the 
said Moses E. Levy and the said undivided moiety 
or half part by the said Moses E. Levy to the said Joseph 
de la Maza Arredondo by indenture bearing date the 
twenty seventh day of November One thousand eight 
hundred twenty four, the said Moses E. Levy being 
the highest bidder at the sale aforesaid became the 
purchaser he having bid One hundred Dollars for 
the undivided moiety or half part of the aforesaid tract or parcel 
of land , and also the said undivided moiety or half 
part of four thousand acres of land situated lying and 
being about five miles from Spring Garden in East Florida 
which said four thousand acres of land and the aforesaid 
Four thousand acres of land herein before mentioned are 
part and parcel of a certain tract or parcel of land 
consisting of ten thousand acres granted to the said 
Fernando de la Maza Arredondo by concession or grant 
bearing date the twentieth day of March One thousand 
eight hundred and seventeen Which said last mentioned 
Four thousand acres were sold and transferred by the 
said Fernando de la Maza Arredondo to the said Juan 
de Entralgo on or about the fifth day of January 
One thousand eight hundred and twenty one and was afterwards 
conveyed by the said Juan de Entralgo to the said Moses 
E. Levy and the said undivided moiety of the said 
Four thousand acres was by the said Moses E. Levy conveyed 
to the said Joseph de la Maza Arredondo by Indenture 
bearing date the twenty seventh day of November 
One thousand eight hundred and twenty four, the said 
Moses E. Levy being the highest bidder at the sale aforesaid 
became the purchaser he having bid One hundred Dollars 
for the undivided or half part of the aforesaid tract 
or parcel of land
