And also the undivided moiety or half part of that other 
parcel of land consisting of three thousand four hundred 
acres situated at or near a place called English Big Spring 
at or about twenty five miles south of St.. George Lake on the 
River St.. Johns East Florida  Which said three thousand four 
hundred acres are part of a parcel of land granted to a 
certain Don Pedro Miranda by concession & royal title 
and sold & transferred by the said Pedro Miranda to 
the said Juan de Entralgo and conveyed by the said Juan de 
Entralgo to the said Moses E. Levy and which undivided 
moiety or half part of the said three thousand four hundred 
acres was conveyed by the said Moses E. Levy unto the said 
Joseph de la Maza Arredondo by indenture bearing date 
the twenty seventh day of November One thousand eight hundred 
and twenty four, the said Moses E. Levy being the highest 
bidder at the sale aforesaid became the purchaser he having 
bid One hundred and five dollars for the undivided moiety 
or half part of the aforesaid tract or parcel of land.  
And also the undivided moiety or half part of a certain 
other piece or parcel of land consisting of one thousand acres 
situated on the east side of the River St.. Johns in East 
Florida aforesaid at a place called Rolls Town which was 
granted to the said Juan de Entralgo by concession bearing 
date on or about the seventeenth day of December One 
thousand eight hundred & sixteen.  Made by the aforesaid 
Don Jose Coppinger then the Governor of East Florida 
Which said one thousand acres of land was conveyed by 
the said Juan de Entralgo to the said Moses E. Levy and 
the said Undivided moiety or half part thereof was 
conveyed by the said Moses E. Levy to the said Joseph 
de la Maza Arredondo by indenture bearing date 
the twenty seventh day of November One thousand eight hundred 
and twenty four, the said Moses E. Levy being the highest 
bidder at the sale aforesaid became the purchaser he 
having bid One hundred and fifteen dollars, for the 
undivided moiety or half part of the aforesaid tract 
or parcel of land,  And also the undivided moiety 
or half part of that certain other parcel of land
