the trees, woods, underwoods, commons, ways, 
water courses, advantages, hereditaments, rights, 
members and appurtenances whatsoever to the 
aforesaid several tracts, pieces, and parcels of land 
belong or in any wise appertaining, and the 
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders 
rents issues and profits of the said several tracts, 
pieces and parcels of land, and of each and 
every of them, and all the estate right title and 
interest, claim and demand of every kind both 
at law and in equity of him the said Juan de 
Entralgo, of, in and to the said tracts pieces and 
parcels of land and every of them, And whereas 
at the time of, and upon the purchase by the said 
Moses E. Levy, it was stipulated and agreed 
between the said William Travers the Attorney 
and Agent of the said Juan de Entralgo and 
the said Moses E. Levy that the said Felicitas 
Almanga the wife of the said Juan de 
Entralgo should and would convey and 
release unto he said Moses E. Levey and to 
his heirs and assigns al her estate, right 
title, interest, claim and demand both at 
law and in equity, which she now hath or 
is entitled unto and which she shall, can 
or may have, or to be entitled unto at any and 
all time and times hereafter.  Now therefore 
this Indenture, Witnesseth that the said 
Felicitas Almanga for and in consideration 
of the premises and the sum of ten dollars 
to her in hand well and truly paid by the said 
Moses E. Levy at or before the ensealing of these 
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edged , have granted, bargained, sold, remised 
released and confirmed, and by these presents 
doth grant, bargain, sell, remise, release and 
confirm unto the said Moses E. Levy, his
