of the aforemnetioned and described tracts, pieces and 
of land herein before mentioned to have been granted 
bargained, sold, aliened remised and released 
by the afore in part noted Indenture, from and 
between the said Juan de Entralgo and the said 
Moses E. Levy, and also all the estate, right, title 
interest, claim, and demand whatsoever, both at 
law and in equity, which the said Felicitas Almanga 
now has, can demand, or is entitled unto, and which 
she shall , can, or may have, demand or be entitled 
to, in to, out of, or upon the said several tracts 
pieces and parcels of land, and each and every 
of them, and their and each of their appurtenances, 
And the said Juan de Entralgo doth by these 
presents approve, satify and confirm the afore
said in part recited Indenture made by and 
between him the said Juan de Entralgo of the one 
part and the said Moses E. Levy of the other 
part, and executed on the part of the said Juan 
de Entralgo by his agent and attorney -- 
William Travers -- and all and singular the 
****** things and clauses, therein contained.  
And the said Juan de Entralgo doth hereby 
assent to approve or ratify and confirm the 
execution of these presents by his wife the said 
Felicitas Almanga , and all the acts, natters 
and things herein contained and done by her
