This Indenture made the first day of February 
in the year one thousand eight hundred and forty 
four, between Moses E. Levy of St. Augustine 
County of St. Johns Territory of Florida of the 
first part & Orloff M. Dorman of the same 
place of the second part Witnesseth that the 
said party of the first part for and in consideration 
of the sum of six hundred Dollars lawful 
money of the United States of America to him 
in hand paid by the said party of the second 
part, at and before the ensealing & delivery of 
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold 
remised, released & forever quit claimed & by 
these presents do grant, bargain, sell, remise 
release & forever quit claim unto the said 
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns 
forever all that divided eighth part of that 
tract or parcel, or Grant of Land situated, lying 
& being in Big Hammock in a Southwesterly 
direction from Fort King in Alachua 
County Territory aforesaid.  Granted by 
the Spanish Governor Jose Coppinger 
the seventh December 1817 to Catalina de Jesus 
Higuelos & conveyed by her to the said party 
of the first part by deed bearing date the 
tenth day of February one thousand eight 
hundred and twenty six & bounded as follows 
to wit - Commencing at a stake at the 
Northeast corner of the tract or grant and 
running west 35° South along the southern 
line of the Grant to Gabriel W. Perpall one 
hundred (100) to a small         or stake 
marked            thence S14E two hundred 
and fourteen 23/100 (214 23/100) chains to 
a stake marked         Being two chains 
sixty two links west from the line separating 
Ranges twenty one & twenty two
