one hundred (100) chains to a stake marked        
Eleven links East of the line of the Government 
survey, which separates sections seven & eight 
in Township sixteen Range twenty two thence 
N 14° W to the place of beginning, being nine 
chains and sixteen links north of the line which 
separates sections thirty & thirty one in Township 
fifteen, Range twenty two & containing two thousand 
acres, the divided one eighth part of the tract 
parcel or grant of land hereby sold, released, re
mised & quit claimed is the southern part of said 
grant & survey making a parallelogram with 
the southern line above described & being run 
equally distant from the above southeast & 
southwest corners on the above north & south 
lines each containing two hundred & fifty (250) 
acres, together with all and singular the 
tenements, Hereditaments & appurtenances 
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining 
and the reversion & reversions, remainder & remainders 
rents, issues & profits thereof, and also all the 
estate, right, title, interest, property, possession 
claim & demand whatsoever as well in law as 
in equity of the said party of the first part 
of, in & to the same and every part & parcel thereof 
with the appurtenances .  To have and to Hold 
the above described & sold premises with all their 
rights, privileges & appurtenances unto the said 
party of the second part, his heirs & assigns 
forever.  And the said party of the first part 
his heirs, Executors & administrators, all & singular 
the above described premises land with the 
rights and appurtenances hereby granted and 
and conveyed & every part & parcel thereof unto the
