or persons claiming or to claim by, through 
or under them or either of them, shall and will 
warrant & by these presents forever defend.  
And the said party of the first part for him
self, his heirs, Executors and administrators 
doth hereby Covenant & agree to and with 
the said party of the second part, his heirs 
Executors & administrators & assigns that the 
said party of the first part, his heirs Executors 
& administrators & any other person, or persons 
claiming any right title or interest in the 
above described & granted premises, by, from 
or under him or them, shall and will from 
time to time & at all times hereafter at the 
reasonable request & at the proper costs & charges 
of the said party of the second part, his heirs 
or assigns, make execute & acknowledge, or 
procure to be made, executed & acknowledged 
all and every such further deed or Deeds 
& Conveyances in the law for the better and 
more effectual conveying & assigning of all 
and singular the lands & premises herein 
described & conveyed with their rights 
and appurtenances to the only proper 
use and behoof of the said party of the 
second part, his heirs & assigns forever 
as by the said party of the second part 
his heirs & assigns, or his or their Counsel 
learned in the law, shall be reasonably 
devised, advised or required.
