named Moses E. Levy, who is personally 
known to me to be the same person therein 
named & acknowledged that he signed and 
sealed the within Deed for the purposes 
therein named & wished the same to be recorded 
according to Law

of which sum Smith has paid Levy, See Levy's 
receipts, the sum of $2148.18 exclusive of 
a****ing interest to be added to the mortgage
