deliver unto the said Nathaniel Jones, a 
tract of land lying and being in the 
said County of Alachua and territory 
of Florida bounded as follows - Viz 
NW 1/4 of the SE qr section (No 34) Town
ship No 7 Range No 21 S7E containing 
Forty one Acres and all the Buildings 
thereon.  To have and to hold the afore
said bargained premises and all 
improvements unto the said Nathaniel 
Jones his heirs, Executors Administrators 
and assigns forever..  And I the said 
Wade H. Sparkman for myself, my 
heirs, Executors Administrators and assigns 
shall and will warrant and defend 
the same against all person unto the 
said Nathaniel Jones, his heirs, Executors, 
Administrators and assigns forever 
by these presents
