Know all men by these presents that I John 
J. Sanchez of the County of Alachua Territory 
of Florida in consideration of One Dollar to 
me paid by Woodbridge S. Olmsted of the same 
County and Territory, the receipt whereof I do hereby 
acknowledge, do by these presents bargain, sell, and 
convey unto the said Woodbridge S. Olmsted, his
heirs and assigns and forever quit claim unto 
the said Woodbridge S. Olmsted his heirs and 
assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situated 
in the Town of Newnansville County of Alachua 
beginning at the S.E. corner of the two centre streets 
in said Town and running south, fronting on one of 
said centre streets, seventy five feet, thence East seventy 
five feet, thence North seventy five feet, thence West 
seventy five feet and fronting on the centre street, with 
all the privileges & appurtenances thereto belonging
		To have and to hold the above granted 
premises to the said Woodbridge S. Olmsted, his 
heirs and assigns to his and their own proper 
use and behoof forever.  And I the said 
John J. Sanchez, for myself, my heirs, Executors 
and administrators do covenant with the said 
Woodbridge S. Olmsted his heirs and assigns 
that the said premises are free from all encumbrances 
made or suffered by me.  And that I will, and 
my heirs, Executors and Administrators shall 
warrant and defend the same to the said Woodbridge 
S. Olmsted his heirs and assigns forever against 
the lawful claims and demands of all persons 
whatever
	In testimony whereof, I the said John J. 
Sanchez have hereunto set my hand and seal 
this 1st day of January Eighteen hundred and 
forty five
