hand paid by said John Loud at and 
before the sealing and delivery of these presents 
the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, 
hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened and 
enfeoffed and doth hereby, grant, bargain, sell 
alien and enfeoff, transfer, assign and set 
over unto the said John Loud his heirs and 
assigns all that heretofore described store or 
warehouse with all its appurtenances there
unto belonging or appertaining.  And also 
for and in consideration of the further sum 
of Fifty Dollars lawful silver money as afore
said, in hand paid by the said John Loud to 
the said Augustus Steele at and before the seal
ing and delivery of these presents, the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted 
bargained and sold and doth hereby grant 
bargain, sell alien and enfeoff, transfer assign 
and set over unto the said John Loud, his heirs 
and assigns all those those additional buildings 
to wit - the Store and Warehouse lastly 
occupied by Weise and Brown next and nearly 
adjoining the store or warehouse stipulated 
for in the agreement of Twenty sixth of September 
before referred to and the small house lately 
occupied by John Brown and situated or supposed 
to be on the lot of land sold by the said Steele 
to the said Loud agreeably to said agreement
	To have and to hold the aforesaid de
scribed premises with all the appurtenances 
thereunto belonging or appertaining to and 
for the only proper use and behoof of him the 
said John Loud, his heirs and assigns for
ever.  And the said Augustus Steele for him
self, his heirs, Executors and Administrators 
to the said John Loud his heirs or assigns 
the said store or Warehouse and dwelling
