Alachua County
			To all men whom 
these presents may come greeting Know Ye 
that I Woodbridge S. Olmsted of the Territory 
and County aforesaid for and in consideration 
of One Dollar to me in hand paid by John W. 
Pearson, at and before the sealing and delivery 
of the presents, the receipt whereof I do hereby 
acknowledge, ave granted bargained and sold 
and by these present, do grant, bargain and sell 
unto the said John W. Pearson to his heirs and 
assigns forever all those certain Lots in the Town 
of Newnansville designated as lots number 
One, Two, Seven and Eight of Block Number 
Four, Range Number Two upon the plan of 
the Town as filed and existing in the Clerk's 
Office of the County Court of Alachua County 
aforesaid.  Together with all and singular 
the hereditaments and appurtenances to the 
same in any wise belonging
			To have and to 
hold the said Lots and premises and every 
part thereof, with the appurtenances unto 
the said John W. Pearson his heirs and as
signs forever.  And I the said Woodbridge 
S. Olmsted do bind myself, my heirs, ad
ministrators & assigns to warrant and defend 
the said property to the said John W. 
Pearson his heirs and assigns forever
	In testimony whereof I have hereunto 
set my hand and seal this 26th day of August 
1843
