			To all who these 
presents shall come: Know Ye I John J. Sanchez 
Commissioner of Alachua County send greeting
     Whereas by and order of the County Court 
of Alachua County duly passed and entered of 
Record.  It is directed that the Commissioner 
of said County shall make execute and deliver 
to the purchasers of lots in the Town of New
nansville Deeds of Conveyance for Lots by 
them respectively purchased, and whereas John 
W. Pearson is the purchaser of the lots here
in after specified
		  Now Know Ye that I John 
J. Sanchez Commissioner of said County of 
Alachua by virtue of the authority so as aforesaid 
in me vested, in consideration of the sum 
of Forty six Dollars & fifty Cents paid by the 
said John W. Pearson the receipt whereof 
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bar
gained and sold, and by these presents do 
grant bargain and sell unto the said John 
W. Pearson and to his heirs and assigns 
forever all those certain Lots designated 
as Lots Number One Two and Eight of 
Block Number Four, Range Number One upon 
the plan of the Town as filed and existing 
in the Clerk's Office of the County Court of Alachua 
County aforesaid.  Together with all and singular 
with all and singular the hereditaments 
and appurtenances to the same in any 
wise belonging
		To have and to hold the 
said Lots and premises and every 
part thereof with the appurtenances, unto 
the said John W. Pearson, his heirs and 
assigns, as fully and absolutely as I the
