       Know all men by these presents 
that I Woodbridge S. Olmsted of the County 
of Alachua in the Territory of Florida, in 
consideration of the sum of sixteen Dollars to 
me in hand paid by John W. Pearson of 
the same County and Territory, the receipt where
of I do hereby acknowledge, do by these presents 
bargain sell and convey and forever Quit 
claim unto the said John W. Pearson his heirs 
and assigns all that parcel or tract of land 
situated in the Town of Newnansville, County 
of Alachua designated as Lot Number Seven 
in Block Number Four, Range Number One 
on the Plat of the Town of Newnansville as 
filed and existing in the Clerk's Office of the 
County Court of said County, with all the 
privileges and appurtenances as thereto belonging
		To have and to hold the above granted 
premises to the said John W. Pearson 
his heirs and assigns, to his and their 
use and behoof forever.  And I the said 
Woodbridge S. Olmsted for myself, my 
heirs, Executors and Administrators, do 
covenant with the said John W. Pearson 
his heirs and assigns, that the premises 
are free from all encumbrances made or 
suffered by me, and that I will and 
my heirs, Executors and administrators shall 
warrant and defend the same to the said 
John W. Pearson, his heirs and assigns forever 
against the lawful claims and demands 
of all persons to the same extent that the 
County of Alachua warrants Town 
Lots in the Town of Newnansville and 
Margaret   , Wife of the said Woodbridge 
S. Olmsted in the consideration of the sum 
of                    To her in hand paid 
the receipt whereof she doth hereby acknowledge
