State of Florida    To all whom these presents 
Alachua County	    shall come, I John J. Sanchez	
Commissioner of Alachua County send greeting
				Whereas by 
an Order of the County Court of Alachua County duly 
passed and entered of Record it is directed that the 
Commissioner of said County shall make, execute and 
deliver to the purchasers of Lots in the Town of Newnansville 
Deeds of Conveyance for Lots by them respectively purchased 
and whereas John W. Pearson is the purchaser of the 
Lots herein after specified
			   Now Know Ye: that I, John 
J. Sanchez Commissioner of said County of Alachua 
by virtue of the authority so as aforesaid in me vested 
in consideration of the sum of Forty six Dollars and 
fifty Cents paid by the said John W. Pearson 
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have 
granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents, do 
grant, bargain and sell unto the said John W. 
Pearson and to his heirs and assigns forever 
all those certain Lots designated as Lots Number 
six(6) seven(7) and eight (8) range Number two 
(2) Block Number three(3) upon the plan of the Town 
as filed and existing in the Clerk's Office of the County 
Court of Alachua County aforesaid.  Together with 
all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances 
to the same in any wise belonging
To have and to hold the said Lots and premises and every part 
thereof with the appurtenances unto the said John W. Pearson, his 
heirs and assigns forever as fully and absolutely as I the said 
John J. Sanchez Commissioner aforesaid and under the authority 
aforesaid, might, could, or ought to sell, and convey the same 
In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed 
my seal this        Of June in the year eighteen hundred 
and forty five
