Know all men by these presents that I Bennett 
M. Dell of Alachua County Florida in consideration 
of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars to me in hand 
paid by Thomas W. Piles of said County the receipt whereof 
I do hereby acknowledge do by these presents give, grant, 
bargain, sell and convey unto the said Thomas W. Piles 
his heirs and assigns, all that certain tract or parcel of 
land lying and being in said County and designated 
in the Land Office of the United States for the 
Newnansville District according to the survey of the same 
by said United States as the East half of the South East 
Quarter of Section twenty seven in Township Seven Range 
Eighteen, and the west half of the South west quarter 
of Section twenty six in Township Seven Range Eighteen 
and also the North west quarter of the North East 
quarter of Section of Section Thirty four in Township Seven range 
Eighteen South & East, being the same lately occupied by 
and cultivated by Charles L. Dell of said County, the 
said tract containing in all two hundred acres more or 
less, together with all the privileges improvements 
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise 
appertaining. To have and to hold the above 
granted premises to the said Thomas W. Piles his 
heirs and assigns to his and their use and behoof 
forever.-- And I the said Bennett M. Dell for myself, 
my heirs, Executors and Administrators do covenant 
with the said Thomas W. Piles his heirs and assigns 
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the afore granted 
lands and premises, that they are free from all incum
brances, that I have good right to sell and convey the 
same to the said Thomas W. Piles as aforesaid, And that 
I will and my heirs, Executors and Administrators shall 
Warrant and defend the same to the said Thomas 
W. Piles his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful 
demands of all persons.
And Eliza D. Dell wife of the said Bennett M. Dell 
making herself a party to this deed for the purpose
