of relinquishing her Dower to said Land & premises 
in consideration of one dollar to her paid the receipt 
whereof she doth hereby acknowledge doth hereby 
release and relinquish to the said Thomas W. Piles 
his heirs and assigns forever all the right and title 
of Dower in the aforegranted land and premises 
In Testimony whereof the said Bennett M. Dell and 
the said Eliza Dell his wife have hereunto set their 
hands and Seals this 21st day of October A.D. 1845

and declare under my hand and seal, that the release 
and relinquishment of Dower in the above deed contained 
is made freely and voluntarily and without any 
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from 
my husband the said Bennett M. Dell and that 
I did Join in said deed and execute the same for 
the purpose therein expressed
