County of Alachua	Personally came before me Roman 
B. Sanchez Clerk --- Samuel Russell who on oath declares 
that he saw Bennett M. Dell and his wife Eliza D. Dell 
sign the within Deed for the purposes therein expressed 
and that he signed the same in the presence of the other 
subscribing witness

Know all men by these presents that I Thomas 
E. Barrow of Levy County Florida in consideration of the 
sum of twenty dollars to me paid by Thomas B. Russell 
the receipt of which I do  is hereby Acknowledged 
do hereby give grant bargain sell and convey unto the 
said Thomas B. Russell his heirs and assigns a certain 
tract or parcel of land of the following description 
and location to wit..  Ten acres of land situated on 
the East side of the Town of Newnansville and 
on the Northern part of the west half of the South 
west quarter of section Number twelve in Township 
Number Eight in Range number Eighteen and bounded 
as follows: by a line commencing at the North west 
quarter corner of said west half and running due 
East twenty chains to a stake thence due South 
five chains to a stake, thence due west twenty chains 
to the section line, thence North by said line five 
chains to the place of begining with all the 
privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging 
To have and to hold the aforegranted premises to 
the said Thomas B. Russell and his heirs and 
assigns in fee simple forever: And I the said 
Thomas E. Barrow for myself and my heirs Executors 
and Administrators do covenant with the said
