Thomas B. Russell and his heirs and assigns That I 
am lawfully seized in fee of the aforegranted premises: 
that they are free from all incumbrances: that I 
have good right to sell and convey the same to the 
said Thomas B. Russell as aforesaid: and that I 
will and my heirs, Executors and administrators shall 
warrant and defend the same to the said Thomas 
B. Russell and his heirs and assigns forever against 
the lawful claims and demands of all persons 
And for the considerations aforesaid and for diverse 
other good and valuable considerations I, Nancy 
J. Barrow wife of said Thomas E. Barrow do hereby 
release and quit claim unto the said Thomas B. Russell 
his heirs and assigns all my right claim or possibility 
of Dower in or out of the afore discribed premises   
In Witness whereof we the said Thomas E. Barrow 
and Nancy J. Barrow have hereunto set our 
hands and seals this 22nd day of October A.D. 1845
