Personally came before me Roman B. Sanchez Clerk -- 
J.W. Pearson who on oath declares that he saw Thomas 
E. Barrow sign seal and deliver the within Deed for the 
purposes therein expressed and that he signed the same 
in presence of the other subscribing witness

John Beard, United States Marshall for 
the District of East Florida, To all whom 
these presents shall come greeting.
				    Whereas by a 
Judgment rendered in the superior Court 
of the District aforesaid at the spring Term 
in the year 1839.  Moses E. Levy recovered against 
Antonio Alverez Adm'r of Joseph M. Arredondo 
the sum of seven thousand three hundred 
& eight dollars & forty Cents, and his Costs: 
and whereas on the 24th day of March A.D. 1843 
a writ of Fieri Facias was issued from 
the Office of the Clerk of the Court afore
said commanding the said Marshal to 
make, of the goods and chattels, lands 
& tenements of the said Alverez as Adm'r 
as aforesaid the sum aforesaid 
and whereas in pursuance of the said 
writ the said Marshal did on the 27th day
