Whereas Moses Elias Levy now residing in
St. Augustine State of Florida, Conveyed
by deed bearing date the eighth day of May
One thousand eight hundred and thirty five
to Joseph M. White for and in consideration
of the professional services and expenses
of said Joseph M. White in and about the
suits of said Levy, and for the further
consideration of five hundred dollars in hand
paid.. a certain undivided interest, to wit..
One sixteenth part of all the lands confirmed
to him the said Moses Elias Levy by the final
decree of the Supreme Court of the
United States upon an appeal filed the 31st
October 1833, and decided at January Term 1834
and also one sixteenth part of all the interest
he the said Levy then had or might afterwards
acquire by purchase under a decree of the
Superior Court of East Florida against
the Executors of Fernando de la Maza Arredondo
and the same quantity of all other lands
that he then owned or might acquire
in a suit against the Executors and heirs
of J. Arredondo in the grant Arredondo
and son, and the same quantity of all
other lands that he might acquire in virtue
of said suits, and sales under Judgments
rendered thereon. And wheras the said
M.E. Levy conveyed to said J.M. White by deed
bearing date the 30th day of June 1835,
that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua in
the Territory of Florida and designated in
in the plat annexed to the deed by the
number (six(6) and the name of J.M. White
containing sixteen hundred and sixty six acres
