For value received I William Waters of the County 
of Alachua State of Florida, do hereby assign 
transfer and set over unto Charles F. Fitchett 
of the same County and state all my right title claim 
and demand to a tract of land purchased by me on 
the twenty third day of September A.D. 1846 as 
per receivers receipt No (461) four hundred 
and sixty one Designated as the North east quarter 
of the North East quarter of section No. Nine in 
Township No. Eight South of Range No. Eighteen East 
Situate in the district of lands subject to sale at 
Newnansville East Florida and request that a patent 
be issued to said Charles F. Fitchett his heirs 
or assigns
