of land consisting of twenty five thousand acres 
which were originally granted to Philip R. Young 
by concession or grant bearing date the eleventh day 
of February One thousand eight hundred & seventeen 
and which were confirmed to the said Philip 
R. Young by a Royal title or grant in absolute 
property bearing date the twenty second day 
of February One thousand eight hundred and 
seventeen which said concession and Royal title 
were made under the Authority of the King 
of Spain by Don Jose Coppinger then Governor 
of East Florida eight thousand acres thereof 
being situate on the west side of a place called 
long pond about forty miles south of lake Young 
on the west side of the River St. Johns afore
said.  And twelve thousand aces residue there
of being situate on the Lake named second 
and on the west side of said Lake in East 
Florida aforesaid and which said twenty 
thousand acres of land was sold and transferred 
to the said Philip R. Young to Mr William 
Travers.  Conveyed to the said Moses Elias Levy 
by indenture bearing date sixth day of August 
one thousand eight hundred and twenty 
four.  Subject nevertheless in common with 
the premises herein after discribed to the 
lean or charge before mentioned and also 
undivided moiety of and in the following certain 
tract or parcil of land ( that is to say ) of and 
in ten thousand four hundred acres of land 
being part and parcil of a tract containing 
of fifteen thousand acres of land situate and 
being on the River Saint Johns about twelve 
miles south of Lake George in East Florida 
aforesaid which said tract of land was orig
inally granted to Don Antoinia Huesta in absolute 
property by concession bearing date on or about the 
the about the fifteenth day of September
