Contracting parties Moses Elias Levy afore
said on the one part and Joseph Dele
vante aforesaid on the other, that the said 
sum of two thousand one hundred and 
ten pounds Sterling secured by this agree
ment as aforesaid shall rank with and enjoy 
to all intents and purposes the same priority as 
the one granted to Seraphina Chaventeau 
as aforesaid and which in no wise shall 
claim any preferance or priority whatever 
and as it is further agreed and coven
anted that the said Moses Elias Levy 
shall not grant any other mortgage upon 
the land aforesaid with the same 
priority now granted to the said Jo
seph Delevante for the sum of two 
thousand one hundred and ten pounds
Sterling as foresaid.  Without the full 
consent and permission of the said 
Joseph Delevante, well understood that 
this restriction is merely Confined to the land 
herein intended to be released and conveyed 
and not the personal property, Negroes and 
cattle which at any time may be found on the 
lands and premises aforesaid
