States of America for London and the depen
dancies thereof, do hereby make known
and Certify to all whom it may concern, that
on this day and date hereafter expressed person
ally appeared and came before me Moses
Elias Levy and Joseph Delevante who
signed and sealed the fore going instrument
and in my presance acknowledged the same
to be their volentary act and deed and I
do further certify that Julius L. Souej and
James McCarley did in my presance sign
and then and there attest to the same signa
tures as aforesaid
