Arredondo and conveyed Hernandez 
& Chaventeau in August one thousand 
eight hundred and twenty and by the 
said Hernandez an Chaventeau conveyed 
to Abraham Cohen of Philadelphia and by 
the said Abraham Cohen on the     day 
of     one thousand eight hundred and    
   to the said Moses E. Levy the party of the 
first part   Together with all and singular the 
Rights members privaleges hereditaments and 
appurtenances whatsoever unto the said above men
tioned and discribed premises in any wise 
appertaining or belonging, And the revision and 
revisions, remainder and remainders, rents issues 
and profits thereof, And also all the estate 
right titles interest property possessions Claims 
and demands whatsoever as well at law 
as in Equity of the said party of the first part 
of in and to the same and every part thereof 
with the appurtenances,  To have and to 
hold the above granted bargained and dis
cribed premises and every part and parcil there
of with the hereditaments and appurtenan
ces unto the said party of the second part his 
heirs and assigns to his and their own prop
er use benefit and behoof for ever 
And the said Moses Elias Levy for himself 
his heirs executors and administrators, Do 
Covenant grant promise and agree to and 
with the said party of the second part his heirs 
and assigns, that he the said Moses E. Levy 
at the time of the sealing and delivery of these presents 
is lawfully seized in his own right of a good *** 
absolute and indefeasable estate of inheritance in 
fee simple of and in all and singular the 
above granted bargained and discribed pre
mises with the Appurtenances and has good 
right full power and lawful Authority to
