		    Be it remembered that on the 11th 
day of November A.D. 1826 Jose Hernandez a sub
scribing witness to the foregoing Instrument of 
writing came before me the subscribing Clkerk of 
the Court for the County aforesaid and made 
oath that John A. Carado in his presance ex
ecuted the same as and for his act and Deed 
for the purposes there in mentioned.  Whereupon I 
have recorded the said with the plat & Certifi
cates thereunto annexed
