     This Indenture made this eleventh day of 
January in the year of Our Lord one thousand 
eight hundred and twenty three, Between Don 
Pedro Mirando of the City of Augustine E. Florida 
by Joseph Delesfina and Philo Andrews Esquire of 
the same place his attorneys in fact so made by 
letters of Attorney bearing date on the Thirty first 
day of July one thousand eight hundred and 
twenty, now recorded in the Public Records at 
St. Augustine of the first part and Enoch Wiswall 
of Watertown, County of Middlesix Common 
Wealth of Massachusetts Gentleman of 
the second part Witnesseth that the said party 
of the first part, for and in consideration of 
the sum of twenty thousand dollars lawful 
money of the United States of America to him 
in hand paid by the said party of the se
cond part at and before the ensealing and de
livery of these presents the Receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged, and the said party of the 
second part his heirs executors and administra
tors forever release and discharge from the 
same by these presents, Hath granted 
bargained, sold, and released conveyed and 
confirmed, and by these presents Doth
