grant bargain and sell release alien and confirm unto 
the said party of the second part and to his heirs 
and assigns forever, all that certain tract or town
ship of land Situate lying and being on the Easterly 
side of Hillsborough bay on the westerly side of the pen
insula of East Florida being part and parcel of a 
grant made to me by the late Spanish Government 
thereof which township is six miles square and is ***

Charles Viznoles Esqu’r Surveyor for East Florida 
at Township number ten in said grant as by said 
map annexed hereto will fully appear,
	Together with all and singular the her
editaments and appurtenances there unto belonging 
or in any wise appurtaining and the revision and 
revisions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and 
profits thereof and also all the estate right title in
terest profits property claim or demand whatsoever 
of the said party of the first part either in law 
or equity of in and to the above discribed premises 
with the said hereditaments and appurtenances, 
To have and to hold the said premises above 
particular mentioned and discribed and every part
