Nathaniel Wells by virtue of a Power of attor
ney bearing date the sixth day of June one thou
sand and twenty one and recorded in the Office 
of Register in and for the City of New York 
in Lib No 1 of Power of Attorney at page 229 the 
nineteenth day of June 1821 referance being had to the 
said Power of Attorney or the Registry thereof will 
more fully appear
	Together with all and singular the heredi
taments, and appurtenances, thereunto belonging or 
in any wise appurtaining, and the reversion and 
reversions, remainder and remainders rents, issues 
and profits thereof.  And also all the estate 
right title interest dower and right of dower property 
possession claim and demand whatsoever as well 
in law as in equity of the said party of the first 
of in or to the above released premises and every part 
and parcil thereof with the appurtenances
	To have and to hold, all and singular the 
premises above discribed and released, together with 
the appurtenances unto the said party of the second 
part his heirs and assigns forever.  And the said 
party of the first part for himself his heirs executors 
and administrators and for each of them and every 
of them, doth covenant promise and agree to 
and with the said party of the second part 
his heirs and assigns by these presents that the 
said party of the first part hath not made done 
committed executed or suffered any act or acts thing 
or thing whatsoever whereby or by means whereof the 
said above mentioned and released premises or any 
part or parcil thereof Now or at any time 
hereafter shall or may be impeached charged or 
incumbered on any  manner or way whatsoever
   In witness whereof the parties to these presents 
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day 
and year first above written.
