in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
To have and to hold the above granted, bargained and discribed premises, with
the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs &
assigns, upon the trust nevertheless, and for the use and purposes hereinafter
mentioned and declared, concerning the same, that is to say in trust, that he the
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, shall and will convey in
fee simple al and singular the premises hereinbefore mentioned and discribed
unto William Henry, David Morgan, Levi Davis, Alonzo Davis, Delacrori
Davis, and John Parly Davis, the children of the said partys of the first part
“share and share alike by separate Deeds or conveyance, for portions of equal
value when the youngest survivor of the said children shall arrive at the age
of twenty one years, and to their heirs and assigns forever, and for no other
use or purpose whatsoever.
In Witness whereof the said party of the first part have here
unto set their hands & seals, day and year first above written --

On the day of November AD 1827, personally
appeared before me the above named Morgan Davis and Sophia his wife to me
known to be the same persons described in and who executed the above Deed
who acknowledged that they executed the same for the uses and pur
poses therein mentioned, and the said Sophia, being examined by me separate
and apart from her Husband, acknowledged that she executed the same Volun
tarily, without any fear or compulsion from her said Husband, I do therefore
allow said deed to be recorded -
