thereof by thru, from or under him or them, will forever warrant & defend

I John J. Irving first Judge of the Court of Common Pleas for the City & 
County of New York, do hereby Certify, that on the tenth day of July in the 
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & twenty three, personally 
appeared before me the within named Robert Halliday, who is well known 
to me, who acknowledged to me, that he had signed, sealed & delivered the 
within Deed, for the purposes therein mentioned, there being no interlina
tion in the same except as noted I all the same to be recorded

				and County of New York

			I  John Woodward Clerk of the City & County 
of New York and Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas for said City 
and County Do hereby Certify that John John J. Irving Esq’r 
before whom the annexed Deed was acknowledged, was on the day when said 
deed was so acknowledged first Judge of the Court of Common Pleas for 
the City and County of New York and duly commissioned & sworn, and I 
further Certify the Signature John J. Irving to the Certificate of such
acknowledgement subscribed in the proper hand writing of said first 
Judge --
	In Testimony whereof I have Hereunto set my hand and affixed the
