thereof and all the Estate Right title Interest 
Claim and demands of every Kind of him the 
said Moses Elias Levy of in and to the said 
Tracts, pieces and parcils of Land and premises 
herein before mentioned and intended to be grant
ed and released and every of them and every 
part thereof.  To have and to hold the said 
several Tracts and parcils of Land and un
divided moieties of tracts and parcels of land 
and all and singular other the premises 
hereinbefore mentioned and intended to be here
by granted and released whith their and 
every of their appurtenances unto the said S
eraphina Chauviteau her heirs and assigns 
forever, subject nevertheless to the charge or 
Incumbrance herein before mentioned and also 
the proviso or conditions for Redemption of the 
said premises as is hereafter contained 
provided always and these presents are 
upon this condition and it is the true intent 
and meaning hereof and of the parties 
hereto that if the said Moses Elias Levy his heirs 
Executors Administrators or assigns do and shall 
from time to time on the twentieth day of July 
and the twentieth day of January in 
each and every year during the span of six years 
from the day of the date hereof well and truly pay 
or cause to be paid to the said Seraphina Chauinteau 
her executors administrators or assigns at Paris 
aforesaid Without deduction defalcation or abatement 
whatsoever.  Interest on the said sum of Fifty thousand 
Frances at and after the rate of six percent per anum 
and also shall and will on or before thirteenth day 
of January which will be in the year of our Lord 
one thousand eight hundred and thirty two well 
and truly pay or cause to be paid the full and 
whole sum of fifty thousand Frances, without 
any deduction or abatement whatsoever as before
