and eighty nine thousand, six hundred and forty five acres & five sevenths of 
an acre is to be divided into twelve parts, and those parts to be balloted for 
by the parties interested in the division to be made, Together with all and sin
gular the hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise 
appertaining, and the reversion and remainder, reversions and remainders, rents, 
issues, and profits thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, Dower & 
right of Dower, property possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well 
in Law as in equity of the said parties of the first part, of in and to the above 
released premises and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances 
To have and to hold all and singular the above described & released premises 
together with the appurtenances , unto the said party of the second part 
his heirs and assigns forever, and the said party of the first part for 
themselves their executors heirs and administrators and for each and every 
of them do covenant, promise and agree to and with the said party of 
the second his heirs and assigns by these presents, that the said 
party of the first part, have not made, done, committed, executed or suf
fered any act or acts, thing or things, whatsoever, whereby, or means wereof 
the said above mentioned and released premises, or any part or parcel thereof 
now or any time hereafter shall or may be impeached, charge or incumbered 
in any manner or way whatsoever
	In Witness whereof the said parties of the first part by Burr 
H. Betts their attorney by virtue of a power of attorney bearing 
date at the City of Havanna in the Island of Cuba the seventeenth day 
of June in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred & twenty 
one, and executed by the said parties of the first part and recorded in the 
Office of Register in and for the City and County of New York in Lib. No. 1 
of Powers of Attorney and page two hundred and fifty five the third 
day of September in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred & twenty 
one, have hereunto set their hand & seal, the day and year first above written
