in the division to be made, Together with all and singular the hereditaments 
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the 
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues & profits 
thereof.  And also all the estate right, title, interest, Dower and right of dower 
property possession, Claim and demand, whatsoever, as well in law as in 
equity of the said party of the first part, of in, or, to, the above released 
premises, and every part and parcel thereof with appurtenances -
	To have and to hold all and singular, the premises above described 
and released, together with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the 
second part, his heirs and assigns forever, And the said party of the 
first part for himself his heirs executors and administrators, and for 
each and every of them, doth covenant, promise and agree to and with 
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns by these presents, that 
the said party of the first part, hath not made, done committed executed 
or suffered any act or acts, thing or things, whatsoever, whereby, or by means 
whereof the said above mentioned and released premises or any part or 
parcel thereof now are, or any time hereafter, shall or may be impeached 
charged or incumbered in any manner or ways whatsoever. -
