This Indenture, Made this 16th day of November AD 1909,
Between Estelle Coward and Simon Coward her husband of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida, parties of the first part
and Garry Nobles of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida, party of the second part.
  Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of Fifty 00/100 Dollars, to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled-
ged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part,
his heirs, and assigns forever, the following described land, to-wit:
  The North half of Lot Twenty six (26) with a frontage of twenty-five
feet (25) on Hampton Street, in the Town of Melrose, Fla.
  And the said parties of the first part, do hereby fully warrant, the
title of said land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claim of all persons whomsoever.
  In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first
above written.

take acknowledgments, Estelle Coward and Simon Coward to me

the foregoing, deed, and acknowledged before me that they executed
the same freely and voluntarily for the purposes therein expressed.
  Witness my hand and official seal at Melrose, County
of Alachua and State of Florida, this 16" day of November
AD 1909.
