said deed freely and voluntarily and without any constraint, fear, apprehen-
sion or compulsion of or from her said husband.

    This Indenture, made the twenty fourth-day of April
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
Nineteen (1911) between Hugh Mullican of the City and County
of Philadelphia, in the State of Pennsylvania, and Josephine, his
wife, parties of the first part, and John C. Cox of the County of
Hatfield, State of Pennsylvania party of the second part:
    Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America, to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents, do grant, bargain, sell,
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, and
to his heirs and assigns forever, all the following piece, parcel
lot, or tract of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, described and designated as Lot Number:
8 in Block Seventy four (74) as laid down on a plan of lots
of Hugh Mulligan "entitled North Gainesville" which plan
is on file in the Office of the Circuit Court at Gainesville being
a part of and contained in a tract of land located between
Paradise and Mayfield Station on the Savannah, Florida and
Atlantic Coast line Railroad which runs through said
tract as laid down on a Plan of lots of Hugh Mulligan
entitled "North Gainesville" which said Plan is now filed
